Shaikha has a wide range of experience in criminal, civil, commercial as well as labor disputes. Her sector specialisms include insurance, banking, trade and investment, and rental disputes. She has an extensive understanding of UAE litigation procedures and promulgating provisions, and regulations of UAE, drafting pleadings, agreements, legal counseling, defending client’s interests, and presenting evidence before the courts. She has the rights of the audience before all the levels of UAE courts. She is active in access to justice and handles several of the firm’s pro-bono cases.
