Managing Partner

Raden Aji Wibisono is the current Managing Partner of FKNK Law Firm. With over a decade of professional experience, Aji brings a unique blend of private practice and in-house counsel expertise across diverse sectors including telecommunications, e-commerce, esports, gaming, EdTech, and financial services.

His career has spanned roles in top-tier Indonesian law firms and as Vice President of Legal at a major EdTech startup, which was part of a corporate venture by Indonesia’s largest telecommunications company. This background equips him with both legal precision and commercial agility in navigating complex corporate landscapes.

Aji’s core practice covers corporate and investment, mergers and acquisitions, employment, construction and property, and sports and entertainment. He has advised on major transactions such as an international rights issue for a leading automotive group, the acquisition of a mixed-use office development in Jakarta using a forward purchase structure (a first of its kind in Indonesia), and the acquisition of industrial estate land for a global dairy company’s operations.

He also represented multinational clients in high-profile deals including the acquisition of a top digital payment and financial services platform, spin-off of a telecom data center business and joint venture formation, and multiple strategic collaborations in the sports and esports sectors. His previous in-house role gives him an edge in managing legal risks, contract structuring, and dispute resolution for businesses ranging from startups to public companies.

Aji earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, and holds an LL.M in International Economic and Business Law with a specialization in International Sports Law from the University of Zurich. He is a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
