Attorney, Doctor of Laws, partner and co-founder of the Firm. Honorary Consul of the Republic of Chile. The subject of his specialization are cases concerning claims of borrowers against banks, especially those related to foreign exchange-linked loans, loans based on the WIBOR mechanism and the so-called sanction of free credit. He is also involved in protecting the interests of borrowers in proceedings initiated by banks, especially in cases of remuneration for use of capital, valorization and wrongfully terminated loan agreements. Since the beginning of his legal practice, he has been providing legal support to business, serving domestic and foreign entities. He is authorized to sit on the supervisory boards of state-owned companies. He represents clients, among others, before the Court of Justice of the European Union. In 2023 he was nominated in the prestigious competition organized by Wolters Kluwer “Rising Stars Lawyers - Leaders of Tomorrow”. During the period of his doctoral studies, he was awarded multiple scholarships and authored a scientific monograph and articles in English. In 2023, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the WPAiE of the University of Wroclaw. He regularly appears as an expert in national media, including the weekly magazines Polityka and Newsweek, the daily newspapers Rzeczpospolita and Gazeta Wyborcza, as well as TVN24 and Polsat News. Involved in pro bono activities, he was awarded the “Merito de Wratislavia” Medal of Honor by the Mayor of Wroclaw in 2022. Rotarian and co-founder of the Wroclaw Rotary Club Rotary Novum. He serves as the board's plenipotentiary for international cooperation at the Lower Silesian Chamber of Commerce, responsible for cooperation with, among others, embassies of countries interested in cooperation with the Chamber and companies doing business in Lower Silesia. In 2023, he was appointed Honorary Consul of Chile by the President of the Republic of Chile. The district of his jurisdiction includes Lower Silesia, Lubuskie and Opole provinces. As part of his mission, he is involved in international projects at the interface of business, culture and tourism.
