Keith has advised on the acquisition, disposal and leasing of a wide variety of properties, including offices, retail centres, mixed use developments, primary care centres, warehousing and logistical units, apartment developments, hotels and wind farm energy projects. He advises both landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing.

Keith has in recent years acted for the tenant in one of the largest leasing transactions in the history of the State for an international blue chip tech company, has sold one of Dublin’s most prominent shopping centres and has acted for the vendor/developer in the forward fund of a new high profile mixed use commercial and residential development in the heart of Dublin’s retail district. He has also acted in the forward purchase acquisition of large scale ‘PRS’ apartment and duplex developments across the greater Dublin area.

In addition, Keith has extensive experience in property and development finance transactions, having worked extensively with both pillar banks and non-bank lenders in Ireland and high-profile international funders across a range of high value transactions in the funding sphere. In the past year he has acted in the financing and restructuring of a property group containing inter alia one of Dublin’s most recognisable hotels, among other high value assets.
