Her practice has focused on Intellectual and Industrial Property matters, including trademarks, patents, domain names, copyrights, unfair competition, consumer rights, plant variety registration, sanitary registrations (health permits), and litigation, among others

Spanish and English

Law degree from  Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (2011), admitted by the Supreme Court of Justice of Chile  in 2012.  Has postgraduate diploma on Personal Data Protection (2022) and in Intellectual Property  (2016) at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Doploma in Corporate Labour Law at Universidad de los Andes (2013).
