Senior Associate

Mariana Rezende is the head of the Dispute Resolution department at FAS Advogados.

She is a lawyer with 16 years of experience in civil litigation and arbitration, handling complex disputes across various areas of Civil Law, such as civil liability, contracts, corporate conflicts, technology, art market, consumer law, and representation in disciplinary and judicial procedures of regulatory bodies and professional councils.

She has worked at both national and international law firms in Brazil and abroad, representing Brazilian and foreign clients. Mariana holds a Master's degree in Law from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) in arbitration, litigation, and mediation, and a specialization in Civil Procedural Law from PUC-SP.
