  • Represented Centro de Gerenciamiento de Residuos Doña Juana in its claim against Unidad Administrativa Especial de Servicios Públicos alleging an economic imbalance in relation to the concession contract to operate and modernise a waste treatment plant.
  • Represented Compañia de Desarrollo Aeropuerto Eldorado (CODAD) in filing an arbitral suit against Constructora LHS, relating to the penalty clause of the contract for the construction of the south runway of El Dorado Airport
