Nicoleta has led numerous projects including the following: liquidation of the largest insurance company in Romania, Astra Asigurari, including managing a body of over 300 litigation files; Restructuring of the largest local media group, MediaFax Group; re-organization of Bucharest’s central heating production company ElectroCentrale, as well as restructuring of banks and various industrial companies. Nicoleta was also closely involved, as a member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners (UNPIR), in the process of drafting the Romanian Insolvency Law, which was enacted in 2014.

Nicoleta’s expertise has resulted in her having been repeatedly nominated by creditors and the Courts to represent both creditors and debtors in numerous insolvency proceedings. She regularly provides training sessions to banking and financial entities as well as giving lectures in seminars and conferences initiated by UNPIR.
