Gloria was linked to the General Maritime Directorate until 2002, Head of the Legal Office of the Port Captaincy of Buenaventura, of DIMAR at the National level and of the Regulatory Office of DIMAR. He represented our country in some national and international forums promoted by the International Maritime Organization - IMO - with headquarters in London. She is also a specialist in Commercial Law at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Cali, Director of the Postgraduate Program in Commercial Law at the same University 2005-2015. She currently teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the Universities of San Buenaventura de Cali, ICESI, Sergio Arboleda in Santa Marta, Externado de Colombia. As a litigator, he is in charge of the Maritime and Port Department of the firm Hurtado & Gandini Abogados. She is an arbitrator of the Cali Chamber of Commerce and Executive Director of the Corporación Colombia Marítima, whose purpose is the instruction and training of seafarers and maritime workers.
