Fernando was linked to the Legal Department of the Palmaseca Free Trade Zone and also to the Cali Chamber of Commerce, specifically in the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of such entity. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at the Universidad Icesi de Cali, has served as a judge of the Civil Chamber of the Superior Court of the Judicial District of Cali, and is an arbitrator of the Chamber of Commerce of Cali. In his 19 years of experience, Fernando has advised companies in commercial sectors such as construction, fiduciary, food, mining, education, cement, poultry and paper. He has also led the planning and structuring of corporate structures tailored to the needs of our clients and has advised them in the execution of their corporate purposes, as well as in the resolution of conflicts that may arise within each corporate group. Fernando's leadership in the negotiation processes of interests of our clients and between them and third parties has allowed effective approaches and tending to materialize agreements in favor of the construction of solid business and relationships.

Fernando holds a law degree from Universidad de San Buenaventura de Cali, a Master's degree in Contract Law from Universidad Roma Tre in Italy and a PHD in Law from Universidad Católica Argentina.
