Emily Kozien-Colyer

Emily, has wide experience in acting for both private individuals and corporate clients. She specialises in divorce and connected financial proceedings including those involving complex pension issues. Known especially for her expertise in pre and post-nuptial agreements she also undertakes private children proceedings including applications for parental orders following international surrogacy, adding strength and depth to the firm’s extensive offering. Emily is a fluent Polish speaker. More widely Emily has historic practice experience in property law which is of real value to clients in cases where a number of properties may be involved.

Mary-Ann Wright

Mary-Ann, is the founding Partner of Manders Law and leads the team. Her expertise encompasses all aspects of complex family law and wealth protection issues; in particular, pre and post nuptial agreements, divorce, financial claims and children matters, including those with an international dimension. She frequently acts for high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals in cases of complexity, reflecting her status as a leading practitioner in the City of London.
