Emily, has wide experience in acting for both private individuals and corporate clients.  She specialises in divorce and connected financial proceedings including those involving complex pension issues. Known especially for her expertise in pre and post-nuptial agreements she also undertakes private children proceedings including applications for parental orders following international surrogacy, adding strength and depth to the firm’s extensive offering. Emily is a fluent Polish speaker.

More widely Emily has historic practice experience in property law which is of real value to clients in cases where a number of properties may be involved.

Emily is a graduate of the University of York and undertook her training as a solicitor at RWK Goodman (formerly known as Goodman Derrick) qualifiying in 2014
