Luis Fernando Fausto's practice specializes in Strategic Tax and Administrative Law with an emphasis on contentious aspects; participating in litigation of multinational companies operating in Mexico and Mexican companies operating abroad. Over the years, in the tax area, he has developed experience in a wide range of industries, such as mining, sugar, gas, power generation, hotels, among others.

He has also collaborated in the constitutional challenge of various legal provisions, as well as against the determination of tax credits by different federal and local authorities.

Our associate gains experience working as a lawyer in the tax litigation area of Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa, S.C. in Mexico City.

His tenacity, leadership skills and experience in conflict resolution make a real difference for clients, specifically his deep understanding of government mechanics provides him with a different point of view and a better understanding of the risk profile of each trial.
