Associate Director

Wilhelmina is an Associate Director at WTS Nobisfields and a key member of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department. She has several years of experience in advising both local and international clients on complex legal and regulatory matters. Her work spans corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, energy and oil and gas advisory, and business vehicle registration, where she guides clients through entity formation, licensing, and sector-specific compliance obligations. Wilhelmina also supports clients on data protection matters, from initial registration to implementation of compliance measures and reporting.

She has advised on corporate transactions, due diligence, restructuring, contract review, and statutory compliance across industries including finance, energy, technology, and manufacturing. Wilhelmina’s background in working with State institutions and prior experience in insurance and tax recovery has equipped her with a holistic understanding of Ghana’s regulatory and commercial environment, allowing her to provide strategic and practical counsel to businesses at various stages of their growth.
