Renate Prinz joins Annerton as an Equity Partner

Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Munich, 30 January 2026 – On 1 February 2026, Renate Prinz, joining from McDermott Will & Schulte LLP, will become an Equity Partner at Annerton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. Prior to joining Annerton, she spent many years at the international law firms Linklaters LLP and McDermott Will & Schulte LLP in the areas of Corporate, M&A and Financial Regulatory. There, she advised banks, financial services providers and other regulated companies on complex transformation projects, M&A transactions, licensing and qualifying holdings procedures, Brexit, deposit guarantee schemes, and fundamental regulatory matters. Annerton appoints Sebastian Glaab and Dr Florian Lörsch as Equity Partners

M., Munich, 26 January 2026 – For the first time since its founding year in 2020, Annerton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH has expanded its circle of equity partners. “With Sebastian Glaab and Dr Florian Lörsch, we are appointing two highly esteemed colleagues from our team as Equity Partners, thereby further strengthening our offices in Frankfurt and Berlin,” explains Christian Walz, Founding Partner at Annerton. “Sebastian Glaab stands out for his highly practical approach to consulting, which is based on his many years of experience as a compliance officer and money laundering officer at a credit institution.
