Who we are: Vokshi & Lata is a top-class law firm oriented to assisting clients in today’s challenging legal environment. Vokshi & Lata Law Firm as a full-service law firm advises major local and international companies and financial institutions in Kosovo. Our team consists of experienced partners and young motivated associates. The internal organizational structure enables the firm to provide specialized and client-oriented services and at the same time enables the firm to maximize the responsibility for the services provided. By offering a full-service, our clients are able to get necessary legal advice in a one-stop-shop.

The team spirit between eminent partners and sharp-witted youngsters enables Vokshi & Lata Law Firm to provide services based on experience, knowledge, and creativity at the same time. While the organizational structure of the firm facilitates enables it to provide clients with services in a timely fashion despite the workload. The firm is led by senior partner Mr Adem Vokshi who has extensive experience in complex litigation cases and Mr Florin Lata who has been highly recommended by clients for being solution-oriented.

Our principles
No corruption/bribery: If you are willing to use corruption to solve your case, sorry but we cannot help you, you have obviously come to the wrong address. We encourage a no corruption judiciary and we are strictly against any kind of bribe to the authorities.

Due to our extensive experience with courts we know many of our colleagues including judges and prosecutors, however, we do not pretend to assist you in any other form except with professional legal services. Thus when contacting us you should be aware that we only offer legal services based on the highest standards of ethics and knowing a judge is not “a legal service” we provide.

Professionalism: We believe that the market is overloaded with law firms and individual attorneys and our professionalism will set us apart. There is a need to focus on quality rather than quantity of the services provided. Thus we try to take only the cases we believe have the legal merit for a positive outcome. However, this cannot be interpreted that if we take your case we guarantee you a positive result. We do guarantee you only professional legal services but never promise anything about the outcome of the case.

Confidentiality: All the information provided to us remains strictly confidential and under no circumstances will be shared with third parties. We do understand that information provided to our lawyers may be of a very sensitive nature and we take care to protect this information to the maximum extent. Other than being trustworthy, we also use advanced technology to protect the soft copy of legal documents we work with.

You need to tell us all: If you do not trust a lawyer do not engage him. When working with us you are required to provide us with every detail of the case including those considered as “your secrets”. If you do not provide us with the information about the case, we do not take responsibility for the negative impact that lack of information may cause on your case.

No conflict of interest policy: Before reading your case or even before discussing it with you we do check whether we have a conflict of interest to represent you on each particular case. We have a carefully selected clientele and we do remain loyal to them. If you have a case against any of our present clients, we are sorry but we cannot help you.

 Education and training: In our firm, we believe that learning never ends and there are always innovations that we need to learn. We pay special attention to continuous professional advancement in order to better understand the needs of our clients and to be as practical as possible in finding legal solutions. We do continuously try to follow the latest developments of legal trends, changes in legislation, and case law.

Sharing knowledge: As Anne Frank said, ‘No one has ever become poor by giving’. We believe that this applies also to giving knowledge to others. We have become who we are today by collecting the experience and knowledge of many partners and business partners with whom we have worked. Thus, we are willing to share our expertise with youngsters and the people around us.
