Damon Parker is the Senior Partner of Harcus Parker. He founded the firm, having previously been a founding partner and head of litigation at Harcus Sinclair.

Damon’s career spans over 20 years, with experience acting for corporate and private clients in diverse multi-party claims spanning financial services to shareholder and consumer disputes. Renowned for his expertise in trust litigation and litigation funding strategy, Damon is regularly cited in leading directories and contributes to media and legal press on consumer actions and securities litigation. He is Deputy Chairman of the AMAR Foundation and a director of the Iraq Britain Business Council.
