Currently partner at Daverio & Florio, after joining it in 2006 as an associate. After graduation, he dedicated himself to the activity of tutor in employment law at the Magna Graecia University of Catanzaro and, at the same time, began his profession at the Law Firm Fabbri e Associati, specialized in Labor Law mainly with clientele in the field of banking. During his career, he specialized both in administrative consultancy and in management of company personnel for banks (company transfer, procedure for the reduction and reorganization of the staff, disciplinary procedures, assistance in union negotiations etc.) and in the legal assistance for the same.
