Antonella Lo Sinno was born in Milan on 16 April 1972. She graduated in Jurisprudence with full marks (110/110) in 1999 at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, her thesis being on civil procedure under Professor Claudio Consolo. She has subsequently worked with Professor Consolo in the editing of Sentencing Notes (“Civil Liability of Magistrates”, in Civil Liability and Social Security, 2000).

In July 2000 she commenced her professional career with the law firm of Studio Legale Rossi & Panigada in Milan, specialising in international civil law.

In February 2002 she joined the law firm of Studio Legale Daverio & Florio and in July 2007 she became a partner.

She has gained considerable experience in the field of labour law, providing legal assistance (both judicial and extra-judicial) mainly to companies with a particular specialisation in dismissal cases (both collective and individual), trade union law, agency, subcontracting and outsourcing contracts, transfer of business, disciplinary proceedings, unions negotiations and law relating to foreign workers in Italy. She also provides Clients with periodic update on the latest topics Labour Law, also through training sessions.
