Alexandra Key
Alexandra specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration. She qualified as a solicitor in 2000, and spent 10 years working at magic circle law firm Allen & Overy before joining Bellevue Law in 2015. Alexandra is a highly experienced commercial litigator with extensive trial experience. She regularly represents clients in contractual disputes, shareholder and joint venture disputes and injunctions, including relating to allegations of breach of employment and post-employment obligations. Alexandra has experience of litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal as well as the Supreme Court of Belize and the Privy Council, and also has extensive arbitration experience. Her experience includes representing the claimant in a High Court claim concerning the defendant’s failure to repay a substantial loan and involving complex jurisdiction, asset tracing and insolvency issues and acting for the respondent in a property rights dispute culminating in a 3-day hearing under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
Esther Langdon
Esther Langdon is a highly experienced employment lawyer with over two decades of practice advising clients on all aspects of employment law. She specialises in both contentious and non-contentious matters, with particular expertise in discrimination, whistleblowing, workplace investigations, post-termination restrictions, and reputationally sensitive cases. Before joining Bellevue Law, Esther was Counsel in the People, Reward and Mobility practice at Dentons, where she advised clients across a range of industries, including financial services and energy. Over the years, she has worked on numerous major reorganisations, restructurings, and employment issues arising from corporate transactions, including TUPE and business transfers. She also has strong skills in employee competition matters, advising on confidentiality obligations and restrictive covenants, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. Esther began her legal career at Manches before taking on senior roles at Salans, Doyle Clayton, and Vedder Price, where she played a key role in developing the firms’ employment practices. Anjali Malik
Anjali is an Associate who specialises in employment law and commercial disputes. Anjali qualified as a solicitor in April 2025.  She was Bellevue Law’s first trainee solicitor, having joined the firm as a paralegal in 2022 and started her training contract with us in April 2023. Pauline McArdle
Pauline specialises in employment law. She was originally called to the bar in 1986, and subsequently requalified as a solicitor in 1991 whilst working for City law firm Norton Rose. In 1994, she joined Denton Hall (now Dentons), a leading international firm. She became a partner in 1999 and subsequently headed up the Employment team. In almost 35 years of experience of contentious and non-contentious employment law, Pauline has acted for a wide range of employer and employee clients in the private and public sector. Victoria Misselbrook
Victoria is a solicitor specialising in employment law. Paula also specialises in conducting disciplinary, grievance or other workplace investigations as a Workplace Investigator. Paula is particularly skilled at handling complex and/or senior level investigations where volumes of evidence may be high, where senior individuals are implicated in the allegations, where the issues are inherently of a legal nature, where litigation is threatened, and in all cases where a robust but sensitive approach may be required. She has over 10 years of experience conducting independent fact finding investigations across multiple sectors including NHS employers, local authorities, educational institutions, financial services, construction and manufacturing firms, defence organisations, agricultural employers and a range of SME businesses. She has dealt with collective as well as individual grievances and is well used to dealing with represented complainants or trade union involvement. Paula trained and qualified as a solicitor at leading international firm Eversheds LLP (now Eversheds Sutherland), where she spent 11 years of her career. Since then, she has continued her career in a consultancy capacity with a number of firms, including Eversheds Sutherland, Birketts LLP and boutique employment law firm Worden Richmond LLP. Paula also sits as a part time fee paid Employment Judge in the Midlands East region.
Sarika Rabheru
Sarika is a UK-qualified specialist employment lawyer specialising in employment law and investigations, with particular emphasis on the tech sector. She has over a decade of experience advising companies on complex employment matters, transactions, investigations, and cultural assessments. Before joining Bellevue Law, Sarika worked as an EMEA Employment Investigator, as part of the International Employment Law and Investigations team, at the London offices of American multinational tech conglomerate Meta, where she conducted cross-border employment investigations and cultural assessments. Prior to joining Meta, Sarika trained and qualified at global law firm Dentons and practiced as an employment lawyer at top-tier US firm, Gibson Dunn. During her time at both Meta and Gibson Dunn, Sarika set up various diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and provided training in diversity and various employment law issues. Sarika is particularly adept at handling sensitive investigations involving various issues such as race and sex discrimination, harassment, bullying, integrity issues and other internal policy violations. She has experience conducting cross-jurisdictional, multi-respondent investigations across North America, Europe and the Middle East, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Sarika also serves clients as an employment law advisor, with experience in representing parties in Employment Tribunal claims, advising on employment hires, drafting employment documents, advising and supporting clients through redundancy processes and advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures. She is also a skilled employment litigator, who has defended several Employment Tribunal claims based on unfair dismissal and discrimination, with the majority being settled or struck out before the hearing.
