Leigh is a specialist employment lawyer with over 20 years’ experience advising both employers and individuals on the full range of UK employment and HR matters. She advises clients across a wide range of industries, with particular expertise in the financial services and biotech sectors.
She supports employer clients with everything from day-to-day employee relations to recruitment, restructures, redundancies, large-scale contract changes, as well as complex exits, grievances and disputes – always with a clear, calm and commercial approach. She advises start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs and large corporates, and has worked for global businesses and financial institutions. Leigh enjoys developing her understanding of clients’ particular business needs and working as an extension of their HR function or management team.

She enjoys working with individuals to get the right result for them, and supporting them through what is often a difficult time.
