Work highlights

  • Defended CMPC Tissue in a commercial dispute filed by Compañía General de Electricidad over the re-calculation of electricity services, which was triggered by the National Electric Co-ordinator.
  • Represented Besalco in proceedings against former contractor Ariterra, which concerned the wrongful termination of a construction agreement for the construction of a public health facility in the south of Chile.
