Weronika Dąbrowska is an attorney-at-law with professional experience in providing legal advice to companies, particularly in the area of corporate governance.
Weronika advises in M&A transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, demergers and restructurings and prepares transactional documentation. She advises management boards, supervisory boards and shareholders, and provides legal assistance in the resolution of corporate disputes. Weronika’s specialization includes drafting and negotiating contracts, with a particular focus on contracts related to M&A transactions: shareholders' agreements, investment agreements, SPAs in share deals, asset deals, ESOPs and IT agreements.
She graduated with honors from the Warsaw Bar Association.
