Adeleke Alex-Adedipe is a corporate commercial lawyer and currently serves as the Managing Partner at Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe (DOA), a fast-growing and specialised service firm with expertise in various areas of law, including Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT), Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking and Finance, Business Advisory, Dispute Resolution and Litigation, Private Equity and Venture Fund, Competition and Anti-Trust, Real Estate, Wills, and Trusts.

He leads the DOA Banking and Finance, Technology, Media, and Telecommunications, and Business Advisory practice groups.

With nearly two decades of experience, Adeleke has provided legal advice to numerous local and international clients across various sectors of the economy and has also advised different tiers and arms of government on issues affecting the economy. His involvement in several landmark, complex, and award-winning transactions has established his reputation as a leading figure in the legal field. In addition to his advisory role, Adeleke has actively participated in and facilitated numerous trainings, seminars, and conferences on finance documentation, mergers and acquisitions, and TMT both within and outside Nigeria, demonstrating his commitment to knowledge sharing and professional development.

Adeleke has earned recognition throughout his career for his contributions to the legal profession. His most recent accolade was being recognised by Who's Who Legal as a Recommended Lawyer in the Fintech, Blockchain, and Data industries in Nigeria.

In addition to his legal practice, Adeleke serves on the boards of private companies, government-led initiatives, and professional bodies. His roles include serving as an Executive Council Member of the Nigerian Bar Association - Section on Business Law and as an Executive Council Member of the Capital Market Solicitors Association. He is also a member of the International Bar Association and formerly served on the Lagos State Science Research Innovation Council (LASRIC) by appointment of the Governor of Lagos State. Until recently, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Polaris Bank Ltd.

Adeleke represents the firm on the Nigerian Fintech Advocacy Group and the Open Banking Nigeria Association. He is a staunch advocate for the growth and development of technology in Africa. His passion for giving back to the community is evident through his dedication to sharing his expertise and resources to continuously support initiatives that benefit both the legal profession and society at large.
