Baao Zhao's practice mainly focuses on dispute resolution. He has represented clients before CIETAC, BAC, HKIAC, SIAC, SCC, and AAA, and he has also acted as co-counsel in court proceedings in the United States, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, and Cayman Islands.
Mr. Zhao's practice covers a wide range of commercial disputes, including equity repurchases, bankruptcy and liquidation, corporate management, and cross-border equity misappropriation. In the area of intellectual property, Mr. Zhao has handled disputes pertaining to source code infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark licenses, technology transfer agreements, and patent development cooperation.
