Lin Shi mainly specializes in PE/VC investment, cross-border M&A and new energy asset acquisition deals.  He also has rich experience in private wealth management.

Mr. Shi has represented numerous Chinese and overseas clients for their M&A, PE/VC deals. He has represented numerous clients in their fund raising deals, and also handled many influential merger and acquisition projects. The industries involved include new energy, digital economy, medical care and life health, telecommunications, internet, high technology, media, education and training, human resources, internet finance, logistics, catering, supply chain services, B2B, etc. Mr. Shi is particularly skilled in designing complex transaction structures and conducting cross-border corporate restructuring of enterprises. He has led the execution of many influential M&A deals (such as JD Group's acquisition of Hong Kong Kai Bo Food Supermarket, JD Group's acquisition of SHJ Group, SG Micro Corp' acquisition of QXF, JD Industrials' acquisition of VIPMRO, and JD Health's acquisition of FJY) as well as PE/VC deals (including the investment and financing of leading new economy enterprises such as JD Technology, JD Industrials, Baibu, Xingsheng Youxuan, KK Group, Zhaogang.com and TSD).
