Ignacio Castiglione

Ignacio Castiglione is Partner of the Labor and Social Security Department. He joined O’Farrell in 2011. His activity focuses on preventive counseling and the resolution of labor disputes, whether individual or collective, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with labor unions, managing labor complex proceedings and labor counseling in mergers and acquisitions proceedings. Ignacio advises companies related with diverse activities such as automotive, power, gas, textile, tourism, IT, insurance, pharmaceutical, retail, construction, and telecommunications, among others.

Cecilia Cook

Ms. Cecilia Cook is Of Counsel within the Corporate Law Area. She joined O’Farrell in 1998 as an Associate and became a Partner in 2001. Between 2007 and 2013, she worked at Estudio Llerena and joined O’Farrell again as an Of Counsel in 2014.

Federico Daurat

Federico Daurat is an associate of our Litigation Department. He joined O’Farrell in 1998. He specializes in Civil and Commercial Law. In this area of specialization, he mainly provides advice on legal and arbitration proceedings and all areas of commercial law, especially in distribution contracts

Rebeca Fernández

Rebeca is an Associate in the Public Law and Economic Regulation Area. She joined the firm in 2016.

María Fortuna

María Fortuna joined O’Farrell in 2019 and is a member of the Public Law and Economic Regulation Area. Her practice focuses on public services matters, public contracts and litigation. Furthermore, her areas of expertise are environmental law, exploration, concession, exploitation and transportation of hydrocarbons; generation, transport, distribution and commercialization of power; transportation, distribution and commercialization of gas.

Ernesto Genco

Ernesto Genco joined the firm in May 2005 and has been a Partner of the firm since May 2014. His practice focuses on foreign investments, start-ups, joint ventures, reorganizations, M&A, corporate conflicts and general corporate advice to local and foreign clients in different industries, including companies listed in the Fortune 500 ranking. He coordinates Pro Bono cases of the firm.

Guillermo Lalanne

Guillermo joined O’Farrell in 1999 and since 2007 he´s been is a Partner of the Tax Law Department. His main areas of practice are constitutional tax law and complex tax litigation, with focus on national tax law and local taxes.

Sebastián Luegmayer

Sebastian Luegmayer has been a Partner of the firm since 2014. His practice areas are Corporate Law, Finance Law and Capital Markets. He focuses on corporate finance, domestic and international debt, equity offerings, derivatives and structured products, project finance, exchange control regulation and general corporate law.

Carla Irupé Martínez is a lawyer at the Corporate Law and Capital Markets Area. She joined the firm in 2024.

Juan Matienzo

Juan Bautista Matienzo joined O’Farrell in 1996 and is a lawyer in the Litigation Department. He has worked in O’ Farrell advising several companies of various issues (contracts, tax, business affairs, guarantees). Concurrently, he was in charge of the supervision and general management of more than two thousand trials in civil, commercial, tax and contentious-administrative matters, pending before courts of the City of Buenos Aires and various provinces in Argentina. He is currently in charge of a large litigation portfolio in civil and commercial matters, pending before courts of the City of Buenos Aires and various provinces in Argentina.

Ana Belén Micciarelli

Ana Belen Micciarelli is a Partner in the Public and Administrative Law area. She joined the firm in 2015. Ms. Micciarelli’s practice focuses on assisting clients operating in highly regulated markets -including energy, gas, mining, hydrocarbons, telecommunications and personal data-, as well as advising on public procurement (goods, services and public works), both in federal, provincial and municipal jurisdictions. She stands out for her experience in public and private infrastructure works and in sustainability matters.

Gustavo Enrique Müller

Gustavo E. Müller is the lawyer in charge of the International Trade and Customs Law Area. His activity is focused on international trade and customs law, antidumping and regulation of international trade. Mr. Müller advises, represents and sponsors leading automotive, energy, food, chemical and supermarket companies, among others, as regards the import and export of goods and services, foreign exchange, promotional regimes, Duty Free Areas, Special Customs area and dumping issues, etc.

Jorge Muratorio, is the Partner in charge of Public Law and Economic Regulation Department at O´Farrell. His practice focuses on constitutional, administrative and environmental law, urban planning regulations, consumer protection law and antitrust.

Agustin Siboldi

Agustín Siboldi, a Partner of the Public Law and Economic Regulation Area, specializes in Antitrust, Energy and Natural Resources, and Telecommunications. His practice focuses on the following areas in relation to economic regulation: antitrust, including economic concentrations and investigations in anticompetitive practices; telecommunications; exploration, concession, exploitation and transport of hydrocarbons; generation, transmission, distribution and commercialization of electricity; transport, distribution and commercialization of gas; commercialization of medicines; among other heavily regulated industries.

María Celina Valls

Celina Valls is a Partner at O'Farrell's Tax Department. She joined the firm in 2006. She leads complex tax disputes relating to international and national taxation matters. She is in charge of litigations related to transfer pricing. In addition, she advises both local and foreign companies on international, national and local taxation.

José Luis Zapata

José Luis Zapata is the Partner in charge of the Labour Law and Employment Area at O´Farrell. He has been a Partner since 2005 and he has led the area since then.
