Uriel F. O’Farrell, Honorary Partner of O’Farrell, is specialized in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and energy (transactions, regulation and litigation).

Mr. O’Farrell provides advice to numerous local and foreign companies on corporate matters, and in the energy and infrastructure industries, including the production and distribution of oil & gas; generation, transport and distribution of electricity as well as transport, commercialization and distribution of natural gas. In these areas, he has participated in mergers & acquisitions, and in the counseling of privatization, financial, regulatory, litigation and arbitration proceedings, including arbitration regarding investment treaties.

  Member of the City of Buenos Aires Bar Association, where he was a member of its Board of Directors between 1986-1989 and 2016-2019.

He is a lawyer graduated from the Law and Social Sciences School of Universidad de Buenos Aires. He focused his post-graduate studies on legislation related to businesses and economic transactions.
