Ms. Cecilia Cook is Of Counsel within the Corporate Law Area. She joined O’Farrell in 1998 as an Associate and became a Partner in 2001.

Between 2007 and 2013, she worked at Estudio Llerena and joined O’Farrell again as an Of Counsel in 2014.

Her areas of expertise and practice are corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and equestrian law.

She has participated in numerous transactions, both local and international, setting up corporate structures for the development of different businesses, building the corporate agreements that allow to carry out a project, identifying the best legal solutions so that the clients can carry out the business they want.

Her practice also includes real estate law, carrying out both commercial and private projects, in the hotel and sports area, as well as equestrian law.

She is a lawyer graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires (1986).

She attended the American University, Washington DC, where she took legal and other subjects related to economics and sociology. She also attended a Major course in “Mergers and Acquisitions” at IAE Business School (2009).
