b) Social dimension
The Pro-Bono advisory programme was started up in 2016 with the assistance of the Alberto Elzaburu Foundation. Some of the projects carried out include the organization of law clinics or the counselling of start-ups and NGOs.
UN Global Compact

Alberto Elzaburu Foundation
Many of the firms CSR initiatives are channeled through the Alberto Elzaburu Foundation, whose mission is to foster and promote innovation and intellectual property as a mainstay of entrepreneurship, employment, investment, development and business activity, and to nurture creativity in the digital environment. To that effect the Foundation organizes an annual award for innovation; grants for postgraduate IP studies; roundtables on current issues in the legal field; and social action programmes.
c) Environmental impact
ELZABURU has implemented a series of projects with a view to diminishing the environmental impact of the activities of the firm. The consumption of paper has been cut, the number of files kept on paper has gone down sharply, LED lamps have been installed for reasons of electrical efficiency, new closures have been fitted, paper shredders are in operation, etc.
