Position

Nick is Global Co-Head of Linklaters’ market leading Restructuring and Insolvency practice. He has  25 years’ experience advising stakeholders on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including acting for ad hoc groups and coordinating committees of senior creditors, bondholders, credit funds in relation to special situations, distressed investors and stressed and distressed corporates, with a particular focus on complex multi-jurisdictional restructurings, schemes of arrangement, restructuring plans, restructuring of leveraged credits and infrastructure assets and security enforcement exercises.

Nick was formerly an executive director and associate general counsel at JPMorgan with responsibility for providing legal support for all aspects of debt restructuring and distressed and special situations investing.

Education

Nick studied jurisprudence at St Catherine’s College, University of Oxford.
