Geraint Tilsley
Geraint's practice is focused on private M&A, with particular focus on cross-border transactions, venture capital and private equity, acting for both investors and investees, joint ventures and corporate advisory matters. He has worked on transactions across a wide range of sectors during his career, but has developed significant expertise over the years acting for clients active in the technology/IT and high-value manufacturing and engineering sectors. Geraint is also head of the Lewis Silkin French Desk.
Jo Evans
Jo is a partner and chair in the Corporate team and handles mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, corporate joint ventures, company start-ups and employee incentive arrangements. She has a particular focus on the creative industries - advising mainly independent agencies in advertising, marketing communications, design, publishing, media, and technology markets. Over the last 2 years Jo has led the team advising Walker Books on its sale to Trustbridge Global Media.
Linda Hynes
Linda advises on all aspects of employment law and workplace data privacy. She is also able to advise on business immigration. Her employment expertise includes advising on grievances, investigations and disciplinary procedures. She also advises multinationals and employers on changes to terms and condition, unfair dismissals, payment of wages claims, restructuring and transfer of undertakings. As a certified practitioner in Data Protection, she advises clients on data protection compliance including dealing with access requests and data breaches, transfers of data abroad and using data for marketing purposes. Linda is also able to advise on work permit, secondments and global mobility issues.
Síobhra Rush
Siobhra has expertise in a wide range of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious and has a lot of experience in advising on employment issues arising in commercial transactions, along with health and safety in employment. She advises client on issues including internal grievance and disciplinary procedures, claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and other employment law claims. Siobhra also advises international clients establishing in Ireland – including contracts of employment, handbooks policies and procedures, internal commercial re-organisations, transfer of undertakings, employment issues and the employment provisions in commercial transactions.
