Shazia is a partner in the Housing and Regeneration Team with over 20 years’ experience of advising registered providers, local authorities and private developers.
Shazia specialises in complex development and housing led regeneration schemes including real estate based joint ventures. She also regularly advises on development acquisitions, disposals, funding, and stock transfers.
She is known by her clients for her drive and commitment to get important and difficult projects through.
Shazia has been ranked as a Next Generation Partner in the Legal 500 UK and has been ranked in Band 3 in the 2024 edition of Chambers and Partners UK.
