Gian Carlo is a partner in Kennedys’ Chile office, where he heads up the litigation practice. Gian Carlo qualified in Chile in 2005, and specialises in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and consumer protection. He has been practicing in the area of insurance defense and insurance-related litigation for over 13 years.

He has handled cases on a wide array of subject matters, including insurance, contracts, class actions, labour, medical liability, torts, and products liability. Gian Carlo has extensive experience briefing and arguing in the Chilean Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

Gian Carlo also works in labour law, procedure labour law, social security, labour litigation, administrative hearings and contract review, and also provides labour advisory regarding specialised, collective and individual labour matters.

Gian Carlo is a member of AIDA – Chilean Insurance Law Association and also of the Chilean Bar Association.
