Dante le Poole specialises in corporate & commercial litigation, corporate law and commercial contracts. He advises particularly in conflicts about (mostly international) commercial contracts and conflicts between shareholders, directors and/or other stakeholders, In addition, he specializes in international private law and the law of the Caribbean Netherlands (Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba).

Dante studied at the University of Amsterdam and obtained a master’s degree in Commercial Legal Practice. Before making the move to act FORT, he worked as an attorney at various (international) law firms,
