At Körber-Risak Rechtsanwalts GmbH, we are fully committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for our employees, whom we consider the key to our success. Ever since our founding in the year 2017, diversity was not only at the core of our values and beliefs, but also played an essential part in our firm’s culture. All our employees have multinational backgrounds and are at least bilingual. We are a vibrant and open-minded team of highly-skilled and dedicated individuals and believe that characteristics such as gender, race, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation or religious beliefs are to be embraced and not hidden.

We recognize that our employee’s different perspectives and ideas are essential to solving complex problems and achieving exceptional results. For this reason, we have strived to recruit and promote talented people with different backgrounds, experiences and nationalities from day one. This enables us to meet the individual needs of our clients and to provide high-class legal advice in German, English, Italian and French.

We have also made significant efforts to ensure equal access to career opportunities: Currently, 75 % of our partners and attorneys and over 50 % of our associates are women. Overall, women make up 65 % of our staff.

Moreover, we support a timely family image and enable part-time work and parental leave for all mothers and fathers at our firm – even at partner level.

The result of our dedication speaks for itself: We provide comprehensive and strategic advice and are fierce advocates for our client’s rights.
