Taspia is a Junior Associate in the corporate & commercial team. She supports the firm’s lawyers and clients on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring, and governance-related work.

She has assisted on cross-border transactions and matters spanning multiple jurisdictions, including ADGM, DIFC, mainland UAE, and various free zones. Taspia’s work often involves supporting multinational and regional clients in the healthcare, technology, and e-commerce sectors.

She regularly assists with company formations, commercial contract drafting, regulatory filings, and legal research, with a focus on ensuring compliance across complex, multi-jurisdictional projects.
