Tamara Makinskaya is a Senior Legal Associate at Capital Legal Services. She joined CLS in 2017 and is specialized in corporate and commercial law, contracts, corporate finance, capital markets, labor and migration law. Tamara advises both international and local clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including establishing of joint-ventures, preparation of shareholding documentation, sale-purchase of shares. In addition, she has a vast experience in corporate financing and security market where she advises both local and international clients.
