Equity Partner

After a long period at Di Tanno Associati, where she became partner in 2007 and she was head of the Milan office, Ottavia Alfano joins Molinari as equity partner in 2022.

Ottavia has an extensive experience, specifically, in tax advisory with regard to domestic and international M&A and leveraged buy-out transactions, private equity, international taxation, real estate, structured finance and tax litigation. Clients include both Italian and foreign corporate groups, investment funds and private clients.

Ottavia is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of DiaSorin, Illimity SGR and other companies, financial intermediaries and foundations (including Genextra, Evolvere Società Benefit, Fondazione Vodafone Italia, Fondazione DiaSorin). She is also Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of La Doria, Vodafone Gestioni and Evoca Group, as well as Sole Auditor of Cypress Holding (Otis Group).
