Oskars also has an excellent knowledge of commercial law, insolvency, competition and constitutional law.

Oskars has considerable experience in representing clients before the Competition Council, the European Commission, the Constitutional Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union. The legal matters handled by Oskars have often served as precedents; he has also been working on lawmaking projects encouraging regulation developments.

Oskars is also an experienced criminal lawyer, representing clients before the police, prosecutors and the Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau.
