Harijs is a lawyer who specialises in energy, M&A, real estate & construction, public procurement, banking & finance and dispute resolution. Having worked in the private and public sectors Harijs has acquired significant practical experience in the implementation of complex construction projects from the pre-construction stage up to the completion of construction projects.
