Indrek Ergma specialises in corporate restructuring and the regulation of shareholder relationships. He has extensive experience advising on market regulations and has handled numerous international corporate law projects, including M&A, share and asset-related transactions, and corporate disputes.

Indrek has extensive experience in employment disputes, including contract modifications, collective terminations, and due diligence related to employment. He also advises employers on motivational systems and corporate transitions.

Indrek is a published author and a widely recognised speaker on employment law. He has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association’s employment law committee since 2015.
