Having obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Digitalization and Tax Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU),  Andreas possesses a deep understanding of the legal implications and challenges in the digital realm. In recognition of his professional acumen, was nominated in 2024 by the President of Cyprus and the council of Minister’s member of the Counsil of the University of Cyprus, the country’s leading academic institution. Andreas also served as member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Sports Organization. Furthermore, Andreas holds positions as a member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Employers and Industrialist Federation (OEB) and as an elected member of the Executive Committee, an independent organization in Cyprus, encompasses 65 leading professional and sectoral associations. Andreas is also a member of the Committee for Companies, Capital Market and Stock Exchange of Cyprus Bar Association.

Andreas holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Digitalization and Tax Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) in Austria. In addition, he obtained an MBA from the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM) and an LLB from Democritus University of Thrace. Andreas further received a PgDip in Negotiation from Athens University of Economics and Business and a certificate in Negotiation from Harvard Law School.

Andreas has been invited to serve as a guest lecturer in Financial Law and International Taxation and he has made valuable contributions on topics such as "Trust & Tax Planning Structures for Individuals and Companies."

Andreas is an active member of several professional associations, including the Cyprus Bar Association, where he has been a practicing member since 2009. He is also affiliated with the  International Bar Association, the Association of MBAs, the International Compliance Association and various other local and international organizations, demonstrating his commitment to professional development and staying connected with legal and business communities.

Andreas is a practicing member of the Cyprus Bar Association called to the Bar in 2009, the International Tax Planning Association, the Association of MBAs and other local and international associations.
