Senior Associate

Nur Duygu Bozkurt is a Senior Associate specializing in regulatory compliance and competition law.

Duygu provides regular corporate advisory services to national and multinational clients regarding their daily operations, plays an active role in merger and acquisition projects, supports international compliance projects involving complex regulations, and manages corporate governance projects.

In the competition law department, she advises her clients on notification processes in mergers and acquisitions, exemption and negative clearance applications, Competition Law Compliance Projects, the assessment of contracts and certain business transactions in terms of compliance with Competition Law, and correspondence with the Competition Authority. She also provides Competition Law training to her clients. In the regulatory compliance department, she advises clients in sanctions, licenses, anti-money laundering regulations and data protection.

The sectors she advises on are heavy industry, information technology, e-commerce, aviation and defence industry, fast-moving consumer goods, energy and natural resources, media, technology, agriculture, textile, and tobacco products. Duygu has deep expertise in matters related to free zones and organized trade zone companies.

Duygu also has a book titled “Competition Violation through Best Price Guarantee in Online Commerce “ published in 2023.
