Robert Mikelsons

Robert Mikelsons is the co-head of NJORD’s tax specialist group. He gives advice on and conducts cases in relation to tax law and law governing VAT and indirect charges, including international tax law. He is considered one of Denmark’s leading experts on these areas. Robert Mikelsons has for more than 20 years conducted leading and value-adding cases in relation to tax and VAT before numerous courts, including the Supreme Court and the EU Court of Justice. He also serves as an expert witness on Danish tax law and on the EU VAT directives in foreign courts.
