Anders Hammer Hansen

Lene Ishøj

Niels Løber

Niels Løber is Head of Corporate M&A and primarily works with business transfers and commercial advisory services for Danish and international clients. Niels has provided counsel on numerous transactions of varying nature and across a wide range of commercial matters. He advises NJORD’s clients throughout all stages of the transaction process, including sale preparation, structuring and coordinating sales processes, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, reinvestment agreements, and more. In addition, Niels focuses on corporate law and contract work, including the drafting and negotiation of shareholder agreements/joint ventures, company formations, and restructurings such as demergers or mergers.

Robert Mikelsons

Robert Mikelsons is the co-head of NJORD’s tax specialist group. He gives advice on and conducts cases in relation to tax law and law governing VAT and indirect charges, including international tax law. He is considered one of Denmark’s leading experts on these areas. Robert Mikelsons has for more than 20 years conducted leading and value-adding cases in relation to tax and VAT before numerous courts, including the Supreme Court and the EU Court of Justice. He also serves as an expert witness on Danish tax law and on the EU VAT directives in foreign courts. Furthermore, Robert Mikelsons also teaches courses in tax law and law governing VAT arranged by “Danske Advokater” etc. He is a member of the Tax Affairs Committee within the General Counsel of the Bar, and at the same time he is a representative of the General Counsel of the Danish Bar in liaison committees Skatteforvaltningen (the Danish Customs and Tax Administration).

Marie-Louise Pind

Cecilie Sletskov-Hjorth

Cecilie Sletskov-Hjorth specializes in employment and labour law and serves as the team leader for NJORD's employment and labour law team. She advises Danish and international companies on various employment matters, including executive relationships. She mainly handles international intellectual property disputes where she advises, negotiates and litigates on behalf of well-known global firms throughout Scandinavia. Emelie is specialized in providing IP services in all aspects, all from protecting a trademark portfolio online, handling oppositions, dealing with tech law in respect to filesharing and copyright and by safeguarding clients right the adverting field in addition to advising in the pharmaceutical sector. She assists Swedish and Danish companies in cross-border matters as the only Swedish qualified lawyer working in Denmark and as Board Member of Øresundsadvokater. She holds a vast experience in assisting in the establishment of foreign companies in Sweden including the entire process from the company setup, corporate questions, legal documents, and employment matters. Emelie is heading the Swedish Team at NJORD Law Firm, which counts as most specialized Swedish legal department in Denmark and which is the most frequent filer of copyright matters to the Swedish Patent- and Market Court. She is since March 2019 is a Board Member in the Swedish Bar Association’s Unit for Foreign Attorneys. Rune Tarnø specialises in commercial law and primarily advises small and medium-sized undertakings in Denmark and internationally.
