Niels Løber is Head of Corporate M&A and primarily works with business transfers and commercial advisory services for Danish and international clients.

Niels has provided counsel on numerous transactions of varying nature and across a wide range of commercial matters. He advises NJORD’s clients throughout all stages of the transaction process, including sale preparation, structuring and coordinating sales processes, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, reinvestment agreements, and more.

In addition, Niels focuses on corporate law and contract work, including the drafting and negotiation of shareholder agreements/joint ventures, company formations, and restructurings such as demergers or mergers.
