Marie-Louise Pind has extensive experience in real estate. Her legal expertise includes purchase and sale, tenancy law, commercial tenancy law, construction, defect claims, insurance law, and association law, with a particular focus on owners’ associations and cooperative housing associations.

Throughout her career, she has gained a solid understanding of both the commercial and legal aspects of the industry. She excels at finding quick, effective, and durable solutions in complex matters, partly because she can create the space for a negotiated resolution.

Marie-Louise Pind is a trained Master Coach and mediator with a particular focus on proactive conflict prevention. Combined with her background as an attorney, this means she has strong competencies in advising and assisting construction management teams and companies in strengthening collaboration and keeping the level of conflict low in major construction projects and partnerships.
