Mario was one of the first to deal with Industrial Property with an international approach.

Appreciated worldwide for his in-depth knowledge of Italian and foreign industrial law (not only in Europe but also in the USA, Canada, China, Japan, India, Korea), Mario is called to attend the most important international tables, where he stands out not only for his experience and competence, but also for his ability to analyse, refined culture and practical vision which are all particularly appreciated by customers.

He concentrates his activity mainly in the field of industrial and intellectual property, both in and out of court.

The expressions "Italian Torpedo", "Gatto d'Angora", "Cavallo Azzurro", which he created, are well known in the field of patents and have become part of the legal vocabulary of industrial property experts all over the world.

He has been Visiting-Professor of European Patent Law at the University of Washington and other universities in various countries.

He is a member of numerous international and national associations.

He has written a multitude of publications and legal texts on industrial and intellectual property law.

Among the founders of the Design Jury at ADI (Association for Industrial Design), he is Honorary President.
