Fabritius Tengnagel & Heine has a 150-year history, and we take pride in embracing both our classic traditions and the ability to be modern and up to date. In our office, we have male and female lawyers and employees working alongside each other with tremendous success, and we could not imagine any other scenario. We believe that talented female lawyers are partner potential, also if they have a strong focus on their private family life. Our focus on diversity is centred around peoples professional skills and personality, rather than gender.
As an example, our lawyer Anne Mie Lund, who mainly focuses on French-Danish relations and international Arbitration, was recently promoted to Associate Partner at Fabritius Tengnagel & Heine as a result of her hard work and dedication to her clients.
We are fully aware that the world of law has lacked diversity in previous years, and therefore we make it a priority to welcome all professionally qualified individuals to our team.
