Nicolas Autet

Partner of BG2V since 2023 Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000 Nicolas Autet’s practice focuses on public law (public contracts, urban planning law, local government law) and environmental law. Nicolas Autet also advises on regulated sectors (energy, transport, telecoms, banking and insurance) and on merger control. He has also developed an extensive practice in European law, in particular with respect to European sanctions against Russia. Nicolas Autet represents his clients before administrative, civil and European courts. He has developed an expertise in constitutional litigation and a regular practice before specialized jurisdictions, in particular public financial jurisdictions.

Karim Beylouni

Founding partner of BG2V (2010) Member of the Paris Bar since 1999 Karim is primarily involved in the criminal liability of the legal persons of their leaders, in financial, stock exchange and press law (illegal content, privacy, data protection, law enforcement) and the responsibility of internet actors.

Xavier Carbasse

Founding partner of BG2V (2010) Member of the Paris Bar since 1998 Xavier works in intellectual property, information technology law, consumer law and commercial law, with a strong focus in the digital sector. He has also developed expertise in art market law, on behalf of auction houses, collectors and art dealers, and supports them in all of their operations. His fields of intervention cover advice and litigation.

Partner of BG2V since 2020 Lawyer since 2002 Marie devotes her activity exclusively to social law (labor law and social security law) in both consulting and litigation. In this context, she advises the firm’s clients on individual and collective working relationships and represents them before all jurisdictions.

Rémi Dias

Partner of BG2V since 2023 Member of the Paris Bar since 2013 Rémi advises on corporate taxation, personal taxation, international taxation, tax litigation and corporate matters.

Jean-Sébastien Dumont

Partner of BG2V since 2017 Member of the Paris Bar since 2001 Jean-Sébastien assists French and international groups in the media, new technologies and real estate sectors in the management of their tax issues as well as executives in the organization of their assets and the transmission of their business. He has developed tax expertise in structuring, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, management packages and management of tax controls and litigation.

Woody Guirand

Partner of BG2V since 2025 Member of the Paris Bar since 2014 Woody works across all aspects of real estate law, advising a clientele of institutional investors, investment funds, developers, and end-users on all types of assets (offices, retail, logistics, data centers, hotels, managed residences, etc.). His practice covers asset and real estate-heavy company acquisitions and disposals, the structuring of joint ventures, development operations, asset management, as well as financing and refinancing (on the borrower side). He is also a lecturer at CY Cergy Paris University, where since 2017 he has led a seminar on real estate contract drafting practices within the Master 2 program in Real Estate Finance and Investment Law.

Quentin Leroux

Partner of BG2V since 2012. Quentin specializes in the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets or companies with a preponderance of real estate, joint ventures and development and financing operations (borrower side). He is also involved in asset management and frequently assists owners and users in their rental relationships.

Stanislas Richoillez

Partner of BG2V since 2011 Member of the Paris Bar since 2002 Stanislas assists BG2V’s clients in all their investment, development and equity strengthening operations: company acquisitions/disposals, fund raising, joint ventures, partnerships, acquisitions/disposals of assets, branches of activity or business, etc. Its clients are French companies of all sizes and investment funds. He has particular expertise in the agribusiness sector (joint ventures, acquisitions, investments, etc.), in education and transport. In addition, he assists the firm’s clients in litigation involving corporate law issues: post-acquisition litigation, enforcement of warranties, conflicts between partners, etc.

Jean-Marc Valot

Founding partner of BG2V (2010) Member of the Paris Bar since 2002 Jean-Marc specializes in corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, LBO, transaction taxation, real estate taxation and executive taxation. He also assists BG2V clients in monitoring tax controls and litigation. Jean-Marc is a member of the IACF (Institute of Tax Counsels), IBA (International Bar Association) and the ABA (American Bar Association).
